Joseph M. Forgione

Joseph M. Forgione was appointed to the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority's Board of Commissioners in February, 2002. Currently, Mr. Forgione is a principal with Sterling Properties located in Livingston, New Jersey. The company is a full-service residential, commercial and retail marketing company. Forgione specializes in site acquisitions and works closely with a variety of governmental agencies at the municipal, state and federal levels. Other responsibilities include planning, approvals, financing, architectural design, construction and sales and marketing. An honors graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a civil engineering degree, he was awarded the prestigious Senior Design Award for Best Civil Engineering Design in his Class. He resides in New Vernon, New Jersey.
