Carl J. Goldberg - Chairman

Carl J. Goldberg was appointed to the NJSEA Board of Commissioners in March 2002 and became chairman in 2003. Mr. Goldberg co-founded Roseland Property Company in 1994. During his tenure at Roseland, he has been responsible for overseeing their redevelopment efforts in some of New Jersey's most important urban locations, including Port Imperial, their flagship endeavors along the Hudson River Waterfront. Mr. Goldberg has been an active member of the National Association of Homebuilders since 1984. He is past president of the Community Builders' Association and currently serves on the Board of Deborah Hospital. Educated at John Hopkins University, he received a B.A. in Environmental Sciences.
