How does it feel to run out of the tunnel and onto the field at Giants Stadium? What is the view from the press box at Meadowlands Racetrack like? How are the scoreboards in the Continental Airlines Arena controlled? These and other intriguing questions will be answered when you take a free guided tour of the Meadowlands Sports Complex.

If you are looking for an ideal outing for your family or friends, an educational class or scouting trip, or a unique excursion for a recreation program, a guided tour of the Sports Complex will give you an insider's view of the busiest entertainment venue in the world. All that is required is a minimum of ten people.

The tour includes behind-the-scenes views of Giants Stadium, Continental Airlines Arena and the Meadowlands Racetrack. All tours are by appointment only, and are available Monday through Saturday at 10:00 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. The tours last approximately one and a half hours and, best of all, are provided free of charge. However, your group must furnish its own transportation throughout the day.
