Jerold L. Zaro
Jerold Zaro began his law career as a judicial secretary in the Superior Court of Monmouth County. Since then, he has been in the private practice of law and is currently the president and managing partner of Ansell, Zaro, Grimm & Aaron, which focuses on real estate, banking and commercial law. He is a member of the Monmouth County, New Jersey, and New York Bar Associations. He has also been involved in politics in Ocean Township; Mr. Zaro has served as a Councilman and the Township Attorney. Along with serving on the NJSEA, he’s also held the title of Commissioner of the New Jersey Highway Authority and Chairman of the New Jersey Highway Authority. Mr. Zaro has also been involved with other community affairs, including the Jewish Community Center of Monmouth County, the Brookdale Community College Center for Holocaust Studies, and the Monmouth Medical Center Foundation.
Mr. Zaro is a University of Cincinnati and Boston University alumni, graduating from BU with a Bachelor’s degree in history and government. He is also a 1976 graduate of Boston College’s School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate.
He and wife Toni are the parents of 3 sons.
