LAND USE REGULATIONS
The Meadowlands District Zoning Regulations (N.J.A.C. 19:4-1.1 et. seq.) provide for the orderly and comprehensive development of the Hackensack Meadowlands District, consistent with the carrying capacity of the land and the preservation of critical wetland areas in accordance with the Master Plan of the NJSEA, while preserving the ecological balance between natural and open areas and development.
