The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA) holds the land lease for and provides for the ongoing operation of the MetLife Sports Complex, which includes the Meadowlands Arena, MetLife Stadium, the Meadowlands Racetrack and American Dream. The Sports Complex houses the Meadowlands Fire, Emergency Medical Services, Internet Technology, Engineering and Site Operations Departments. The NJSEA is also responsible for the Complex’s New Jersey Transit Rail Station operations and maintenance.
